The Westwood Planning Board, along with the Council on Aging and Housing Partnership/Fair Housing Committee, will hold the second of two information sessions on housing issues in town.
The forum will focus on specific strategies and proposals related to housing needs, including the Planning Board's initiatives on Open Space Residential Development, and the housing types and densities allowed in cluster projects.
Another issue that will be addressed is the reworking of the Senior Residential Development provisions, so as to make them more effective and likely to be used, while remaining acceptable to the character of the community.
