The Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012. The polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
The Annual Town Meeting will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the High School Auditorium located at 200 Nahatan Street.
The last day to register to vote will be on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. The Town clerk’s offices will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. to accommodate those residents who are not registered.
If you are planning to vote by Absentee Ballot, for the Town Election only, applications and ballots will be available in the Town Clerk’s office approximately three weeks before the Election. Absentee Ballots may be used for voting if you will be absent from Town on Election Day, have a physical disability that prevents you from voting at a polling location, or you cannot vote at the polls due to religious beliefs. The deadline for applying for an Absentee Ballot is 12:00 p.m. on Monday April 23, 2012.
