Westwood Police Log: East Street Rotary Collision, Theft at CVS
Another accident takes place on the East St. rotary, and an MP3 player was stolen from CVS.
September 29, 11:27 a.m. - A two-car fender bender at the East Street rotary resulted in one person being transported to Norwood Hospital, according to Westwood Police reports.
The accident occurred after a 2004 Chevrolet was trying to enter the rotary when a 2004 Kia struck it from behind. A passenger of the Chevrolet was transported to Norwood hospital by a family member, complaining of pain, police said.
Neither vehicle was towed from the scene.

September 29, 5 p.m. - Police received a report of a shoplifting incident at CVS on Washington Street.
According to police, a suspect robbed the store of an MP3 player valued at $188. Video surveillance is currently being reviewed, and the matter is still under investigation, according to reports.
