Providence Man Arrested on East Street Rotary

last week arrested a Providence, Rhode Island man after he was involved in an accident near the East Street rotary on Wednesday, Aug. 11 at around 1:45 p.m.
Travis Hintlian, 20, of 196 Wardlaw Ave. in Providence, was involved in a two-car accident on the rotary, after the 2011 Volkswagen he was driving struck a 2008 Honda.
Hintlian then drove away from the accident and into the parking lot of the Meditech building, which lies adjacent to the rotary.
Police made contact with Hintlian and found that his sobriety had been in question, and subsequently arrested him for reckless operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and operating under the influence of drugs.
