I have been a friend and patron of the Hillside Pub since it opened. It has even been suggested I built my house around the corner for purposes of convenience. Never the less, it has been a pleasure to watch the Hilside grow, succeed and prosper. The reason to me is they have kept it simple...great people, great product and great service. The pub menu is fresh and reasonably priced. The Guiness the freshest I have found this side of the Ocean. It is a family environment and very relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it. Crescent Ridge is a summer classic and well worth the trip. Once the hot weather comes around there is nothing more that we enjoy as a family than a trip to CRD for desert. The ice cream is second to none. If they could only make my wife's favorite...sweet cream...we would be in heaven!
