Officers noticed a suspected thief's co-worker had active warrants for her arrest.
Officers from the Westwood Police Department arrested two workers at Dunkin Donuts on Dec. 5 after an employee there was suspected of stealing from the business. Jessie Peloquin, 22, from 102 Green Acre Rd. in Westwood was arrested and charged with larceny over $250. While investigating the larceny charges, officers noticed that Peloquin's co-worker, Melissa Sharrow, had an active warrant from the Attleboro District Court for failure to appear to court for receiving stolen property and larceny over $250 and arrested her. Monday, August 27 Credit Card Compromised (10:01 a.m.) - A Lake Shore Dr. resident came into the station to report he had received a letter from American Express indicating that his card had been compromised. The letter recommended that he file a police report in case any fraudulent charges appeared on his statement. Tuesday, August 28 Items Stolen from Car (9:54 p.m.) - A Strafford Rd. resident came into the station to report that items had been stolen out of his car overnight. The person stated that he had parked his car at Morrison Park and he noticed when he went back the next day that his music CDs (15 of them) and a phone charger were gone.
