Monday, September 10 Burglary (12:06 p.m.) - A Clapboardtree St. resident called to report that their home had been broken into. The caller waited outside until officers arrived. A side entrance had a large hole in it. It was possibly kicked in. Officers looked around the house and noticed that the cabinets and bedrooms had been searched through. A laptop and some jewelry had been taken. Thursday, September 13 Fraudulent Activity (7:40 p.m.) - A Woodland Rd. resident reported that a merchant account had been set up online in his name with a credit line of $10,000. The account used inconsistent information, which had helped Intuit catch the activity and deny it.

Monday, August 27 Credit Card Compromised (10:01 a.m.) - A Lake Shore Dr. resident came into the station to report he had received a letter from American Express indicating that his card had been compromised. The letter recommended that he file a police report in case any fraudulent charges appeared on his statement. Tuesday, August 28 Items Stolen from Car (9:54 p.m.) - A Strafford Rd. resident came into the station to report that items had been stolen out of his car overnight. The person stated that he had parked his car at Morrison Park and he noticed when he went back the next day that his music CDs (15 of them) and a phone charger were gone.

Saturday, March 3 Suspicious Footprints (7:47 a.m.) - A Grove Street resident reported to police that upon waking in the morning, suspicious footprints were spotted in the snow leading to the windows of a barn on their property. There were no signs of forced entry, police said, and the matter was detailed as suspicious activity. Stolen Cell Phone Reported (12:06 p.m.) - An employee of Audi Westwood on Providence Highway reported to police that a cell phone that was left on a charger on one of the desks in the dealership was stolen. A report was filed and police are investigating.
