Westwood Man Arrested After Hitting Car on Oak Street Jan. 11, 7:18 p.m. - A Westwood man was arrested last week after he hit a car on Oak Street while driving drunk. A Pond Street resident was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The resident was arrested after he struck a 2007 Mitsubishi with his 2006 Ford on Oak Street. The Mitsubishi had been backing into a driveway at the time of the accident. The Ford was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. South Boston Man Arrested for OUI Jan. 14, 11:34 p.m. - A South Boston resident was arrested after running a red light on Washington Street and hitting a 2012 Mercedes while driving drunk.
