This seems to be an undiscovered gem - great for me! It is comfortable and not too loud. All the food was top quality! The dressing was tasty, the rolls were warm and fresh, and the marinara sauce was the best in the area. But the piece de resistance was the chicken marinara - superb! The New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was excellent, and our server Rocco was very accommodating with a wry sense of humor. It's my new favorite restaurant!

I ordered (takeout) a chicken teriyaki sub a few weeks ago. When I went to pick it up it felt like a peanut butter and fluff sandwich in terms of weighted. It was about 7" long and scarcely any chicken. The teriyaki sauce tasted good, and the veggies were good too, though scarce as well. I ate the sub and still felt hunger. For a price of $6.99, you are not getting your money's worth.

My wife went with her friends a few years ago, but felt like they were being pressured to leave beginning 1/2 hour before closing time (the employees started putting chairs on tables and sweeping up around them). They (about 8 women) go out about once every other month and Victoria's would be convenient in terms of location, but they will never go back there because of their experience.

It's too bad I've had these experiences, because the location is great and I'm a fan of subs and pizza, so Islington Pizza gets my business. I called then to give them a heads up (because I'm a local resident and have a vested interested in having good well run businesses in my town) to inform them why they lost good recurring business.
