I thought i would mention a few of our favorite recpies that are kid friendly and easy to make:
Cheesy Loaf:
I use ground turkey for the meatloaf and add: grated carrots, grated zucchini, (or any other grated veggie), Parmesan cheese, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. After it is baked I add cheese on the top and it is a big hit in our house!

Ham Ring:
I use crescent rolls, separate them and fan them out flat in a circle on a cookie sheet. On each one I put cooked broccoli, cut up ham and cheese. Then roll up the crescent into the middle. Bake according to directions, yum!

Skillet Mexican Casserole:
I cook ground turkey in the frying pan; then add cut up tortillas, salsa, black beans and cheese!
Shaped Turkey Burgers:
We enjoy turkey burgers, so for holidays I use a cookie cutter to make the patty in the shape of a heart, shamrock, tree, etc!
