PHOTOS: Wolverines Take a Hard Hit to Hopkinton in Final Home Game of 2011
In its last home game of the season, Westwood fell to Hopkinton Friday night, 42-13.
Westwood took a hard hit on their home turf Friday night, losing to the undefeated Hopkinton Hillers, 42-13. The loss brings the the Wolverines to a season record of 8-2 going into the Thanksgiving game agains Holliston.
The Wolverines came in hot, holding their own against the tough team and lead 7-6 by the end of the first quarter.
Hopkinton was quick to answer in the second, however, scoring two touchdowns and a field goal and putting Westwood in a tough position with a score of 22-7 at halftime.

The Wolverines were hungry to put some points up on the board after the halftime break, however, and score a quick touchdown, but again the Hillers were a little bit quicker in their game and scored another two touchdowns, putting the Wolverines down 35-13 after the third quarter.
Despite a great game played by Westwood defense, Hopkinton came back and scored one more, pulling in a victory of 42-13.
