Westwood 10B Finishes in the Finals
Westwood 10B made it to the final game where they were defeated by the Braintree American-Joyce team.

Westwood’s 10B summer baseball team participated in the Braintree American Little League Tournament last week.
Playing in oppressive heat, the team battled teams from Dedham and Braintree in pool play.
Westwood emerged from pool play as the final seed to advance to the semi-final round. Westwood then defeated a team from Braintree American in the semi-final round to advance to the tournament final game.
Westwood faced off against a familiar foe in the tournament final -- the Braintree American-Joyce team. This was the fourth meeting between Westwood and the Braintree American-Joyce team in this tournament over the past two years. Westwood was defeated by Braintree American-Joyce in the final game.
Westwood’s 10B team played some exciting and competitive baseball throughout the tournament.
