What Do You Think About Technology Use in Westwood's Schools? [Poll]

Students in Westwood are using Google's platform of email and applications in the classroom.

Last week, we profiled a new form of collaboration in the Westwood Public School system. 

Students and instructors at and are now using Google's platform of applications, documents and email to bolster communication, as well as to help organize assignments and documents. 

Through the use of Google Apps for Education, administrators have access to 72 applications they can use with students.

What's more, each student now has what is widely known as a "Gmail" account, though instead of ending with "@gmail.com," the email addresses end in "@westwood.k12.ma.us".
