"This is the optimal time to do this with summer day programs going on outside," said Burnes. "This gives us the ability to host meetings with departments and youth sports organizations."

The current office area will be converted to a pre-school program room, where programs are done for children from infant to six years old.

As for the current office area that is being transitioned to the pre-school program, the door to the pool will be bolted so there will be no interruptions.

"This transition will give us more space, and also give us the ability to have more space for the pre-school program," said Burnes. "This is a win, win."

Burnes explained that the transition will begin within the next couple of weeks, and he anticipates that it will be finalized by the end of August.
