Through a grant from the Westwood Educational Foundation, WHS Principal Sean Bevan was able to purchase small, inexpensive mp3 players, which served as a veritable audio tour guide to those viewing the gallery.

Students who contributed art in the exhibit recorded explanations behind their work, what inspired them most, what artists they were trying to emulate, and how each piece was unique. About 20 student files were included as part of the audio walking tour.

Meanwhile, new Westwood Day logos were also on hand as part of the exhibit, which were created by the school's Graphics Design 2 class. Residents had the chance on Wednesday to submit their vote for what they saw as the best logo to use in 2012.
