Mindfulness & Healthy Eating for Nurses

This program is designed to provide the busy nurse with self-care practices. The mindfulness component will focus on tools that upport nurses in staying calm and focused in the midst of the many unforeseen circumstances that arise daily. 

The healthy eating piece will define hea;thy eating practices and provide simple techniques for planning, preparing and eating in ways that provide energy and maintain a healthy weight. 

4 continuing eduction credits for completion of the program.
