Westwood Planning Board to Consider Construction of Prevett Oil Garage

The Planning Board will discuss the possibility for construction at a public hearing Tuesday night.

The Westwood Planning Board will hold an open hearing Tuesday night to discuss and potentially approve the construction of a garage at a local business on East Street.

The hearing is to consider the Environmental Impact and Design Review (EIDR) approval for the construction of the garage at Prevett Oil at 1198 East St.

The garage would allow for the storage of oil delivery trucks on the Prevett Oil premises. According to a legal notice released by the Planning Board, the land affected by the garage would include Lot 55 on the Town Assessor's Map 18. The owners of the property are Prevett Realty Trust and Anthony J. Prevett, trustee.
