Westwood Committee Meeting Roundup for the Week Ahead

Find out what's to be discussed at various board and committee meetings this week.

Today begins a new week here in Westwood, and with the new week comes more meetings of local boards and committees.

The Planning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday night in the Champagne Meeting Room at 50 Carby Street. They will be reviewing the conceptual plans for the University Station proposal. Also on the agenda is: Consideration of Tri-partite Agreement for 81 W Modification of Westview Estates Definitive Subdivision – Thompson Avenue and Briarwood Lane; and consideration of Proposed Minor Modification to Reynold’s Farm Senior Residential Development Special Permit – 1561 High Street.

Because of the importance of this meeting, the Board of Selectmen will be attending. The Finance and Warrant Commission may also attend.

Tuesday night is a busy night, as the Dedham-Westwood Water District will also meet. They will meet at 50 Elm Street in Dedham at 7 O'clock. They will go over the Executive Director's Report, the Manager's Report and discuss the water service warranty program, among other things.

On Thursday, the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. to discuss some final planning for Westwood Day.
