Continuance:

  •  920 High Street – Special Permit to allow the reconstruction and/or demolition of Ann’s Lunch by putting a second story on the building and expanding it in the rear.

New Applications:

  • 149 Farm Lane – Henry Donlon & Jeffery Draper – Special Permit to raze the existing house and replace it with a new house which meets all setbacks.
  • 41 Hillview Road – Kelly – Special Permit to add a second story to the house.
  • 11 Fox Meadow Drive – GD Fox Meadow, LLC – Special Permit to bring in fill in excess of 200 cubic yards.
  • 21 Thompson Avenue – Wickett – Special Permit to add a three season porch in the rear which will violate the setback.
  • 111 Church Street – Cancellieri – Special Permit to replace the current rear deck.
