Consideration of an application filed by Greater Boston Musculoskeletal Center Real Estate Company, LLC, requesting a Flexible Multiple Use Overlay District Special Permit pursuant to Section 9.5 of the Westwood Zoning Bylaw, encompassing any consolidated approvals permitted under that section, including but not limited to, a Major Business Development Special Permit pursuant to Section 7.2 of that bylaw, an Earth Material Movement Special Permit pursuant to Section 7.1 of that bylaw, and an Environmental Impact and Design Review Approval pursuant to Section 7.3 of that bylaw, to demolish the existing building and to construct a new 2-story building with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 square feet, with associated parking, on property known as 40 Allied Drive, Dedham, MA 02090, a portion of which is within the Town of Westwood, MA, abutting the Circumferential Highway/Route 128. Land affected: Westwood Assessor’s Map 17, Lot 172. Property Owners: Greater Boston Musculoskeletal Center Real Estate Company, LLC.
