Reports indicate a hit-and-run involving a bicyclist on Hartford Street Saturday afternoon.

Westwood Police responded to a report of a truck striking a bicyclist on Hartford Street Saturday afternoon, according to reports.

Upon arrival to the area, Police determined that a 63-year-old bicyclist from Natick had sustained a hand injury after a red truck pulling a trailer made contact with the bicyclist.

Both the truck and the bicyclist were traveling in the same direction on Hartford Street toward Dover, and the driver of the truck did not stop.
