Westwood Police Log: Stolen Bicycle and Two Car Accident on East Street
Police respond to a stolen mountain bike and a two car accident at the East Street rotary.
July 21, 11:19 a.m.- A homeowner on High Street reported that a blue MTX mountain bike was missing from the driveway. According to a report taken by the Westwood Police Department, the bicycle was left unlocked in the driveway and apparently someone rode off with it. The bicycle has not yet been found.
July 22, 1245 p.m.- Westwood Police responded to East Street where a two motor vehicle accident had taken place. The accident was at the East Street rotary and involved a 2005 Toyota and a 2006 Toyota. Police called the crash a traditional rear ending, with damage to the rear for the 2005 Toyota and damage to the front of the 2006 Toytota. Nobody was injured or transported to the hospital
