November 20, 8:10 a.m. - A resident of Dean Street in Westwood reported spotting a suspicious female on their property, according to reports.

The female reportedly wore a green jacket and white boots. It was not immediately clear why the resident considered the person to be suspicious, and police were unable to locate the person upon arrival.
