Westwood Police Log: Honda Vandalized, Wallet Found

Honda Covered in Glue

June 3, 2:23 p.m. - Westwood Police received reports of a 2011 Honda being vandalized in the parking lot of an office building on Canton Street.

The owner of the vehicle told police that he believed someone had spattered spots of glue on parts of the vehicle, police said.

The matter is under investigation. 

Wallet Turned in to Westwood Fire Dept.

June 4, 12:10 a.m. - An individual entered the Westwood Fire Department in Islington to turn in a wallet they had found.

The wallet is described as a beige, trifold wallet containing cash. No identification or other paperwork was found in the wallet, which currently sits in the Westwood Police Department's evidence collection awaiting retrieval from the rightful owner.
