Westwood Police Log: Drunk Drivers Arrested on Rte. 1, High Street
Residents from Needham and Medfield have been charged with DUIs in Westwood.
March 5, 12:38 a.m. - Westwood Police arrested a Needham man for driving drunk in the area of Providence Highway and Southwest Park, according to reports.
John Dennehy, 26, of 146 Warrent St. in Needham, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped the 2005 Toyota Camry he was driving.
Dennehy was stopped for speeding, according to reports, and subsequent his arrest, was bailed from the Westwood Police Department and told to report to Dedham District Court on Monday, March 7.
March 6, 2:34 a.m. - Westwood Police arrested aMedfieldman was arrested for driving drunk in the area of High Street and Stanford Drive.
Ronald Kraus, Jr., 44, of 5 Grist Mill Rd. was arrested after police stopped the 2004 BMW he'd been driving on High Street for speeding.
