Westwood Police Log: Disturbance at Islington Fire Station

Suspicious Activity at Islington Fire Station

Sept. 1, 12:08 a.m. - Fire officials at the reported to police that someone had been banging on the bay doors at the station.

Police went to investigate the area but were unable to locate anyone.

Missing Liquor

Sept. 2, 11:38 a.m. - A Church Street resident reported to police that a significant amount of liquor he had been keeping in his garage, which was unlocked, had gone missing.

The resident claimed that the liquor actually owned to a neighbor, and told police he would check with that neighbor and report back if things were still amiss. The resident had not reported back to police as of this writing.
