Westwood Police Log: Day Begins With Disturbance on Fox Hill

Police send a student off to school after a disturbance on Fix Hill Street, and a contractor claims a BB pellet hit his vehicle.

February 3, 7:37 a.m. – Westwood Police responded to a home on Fox Hill Street after a resident on the road reported hearing a verbal disagreement between household members.

As a result of the police response, an 18-year-old student at the home was transported to Westwood High School to leave the situation and start the school day.

February 3, 8:11 p.m. – Police received report from a contractor in town who had been driving a Trojan front-end loader, that a window on the vehicle had been damaged by what appeared to be a BB pellet.

Police responded and filed a report. The vehicle is commonly used for snow-removal purposes, according to police.
