Westwood Police Log: Damage to Light Pole, Missing Lawnmower
Police inspect damage to a light pole on a street in Westwood while a man reports a potentially-stolen lawn mower.
September 7, 10:55 a.m. - Westwood Police received a report of damage to a light pole on Sherman Way in Westwood.
A resident reported to police that she noticed the damage to the pole, which stands at the edge of her property. Police were unable to determine if the damage took place maliciously or by accident. Reports did not indicate the extent of the damage.
September 10, 12:57 p.m. - A resident of Stearns Street arrived at the Westwood Police station to report that his lawnmower had been missing.

The resident last saw the lawnmower, which has a reported value of $150 - $200, three weeks ago, according to reports. The incident is still under investigation.
