Westwood Police Log: Car Accident, Cooperation Among Departments
The following information was provided by the Westwood Police Department. Where an arrest is mentioned it does not mean there has been a conviction.
Wednesday, September 5
Car Accident (12:01 p.m.) - Police received multiple calls about a motor vehicle accident on East St. When it became known that the accident was actually in Dedham, Westwood Police contacted the Dedham Police Department and they took over the scene. There were minor injuries resulting from the accident. Westwood Police assisted in the call by directing the traffic.
