Westwood Police Log: Attempted Burglary on Pond Street
Police responded to a Pond Street residents after a reported break-in.
September 16, 4:38 p.m. - Westwood Police received a call from a resident of Pond Street that some had tried to enter their home.
Upon arrival, officers observed damage to a sliding door at the home. From the appearance of the situation, however, Police determined that the potential intruder had not successfully entered.
The matter is still under investigation.
