Police Log: Vandalism, Motor Vehicle Crash
The Westwood Police Department provided the following information.
Thursday, Jan. 31
6:52 a.m.: Police received a report of continued vandalism at the Sears warehouse. Someone had tampered with a truck's battery cables.
8:29 p.m.: Officers responded to a two-car motor vehicle crash on Deerfield Avenue. A Chevrolet was traveling on Gay Street when a second car took a left and collided with the first. There were no injuries.

12:57 p.m.: A manager of Enterprise Rent-a-Car reported a lost license plate.
