Officers Respond to Multiple Car Crashes, Report of Larceny

The Westwood Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests.

Saturday, April 5

12:57 p.m.: Officers responded to a car crash on East Street involving a 2009 Saturn and a 2004 Toyota. The first vehicle was exiting CVS when it was struck by the second vehicle. There were no injuries. 

2:32 p.m.: A caller reported a car crash at the intersection of University Avenue and Canton Street involving a 2012 Peterbuilt Truck and a 2001 Ford. The truck was stopped at a red light when the Ford rear-ended it. A tow truck removed the Ford from the scene.

3:30 p.m.: A resident entered the station to report wires being stolen from Morrission Field.
