Officers Mediate Fight Between Middle School Students

The Westwood Police Department provided the following information.

Thursday, March 28

9:27 a.m.: Officers responded to a dispute between two students at the Westwood Middle School. Police spoke with both people involved and mediated the issue which ocurred off campus. 

1:57 p.m.: Officers responded to the Westwood Lodge hospital relative to a fight that occurred on a transport vehicle on route to the facility.

5:13 p.m.: Officers made a motor vehicle stop that resulted in a warrant of apprehension after a family member was concerned about the person's drug addiction. Police brought the person to court to determine if he was still addicted to drugs.
