New Hampshire Woman Arrested for OUI
The driver was stopped on High Street on Monday, and was caught with an open container.
arrested a Mirror Lake, New Hampshire woman on Monday for driving under the influence of alcohol, police said Wednesday.
Pamela Knapp, 58, of 95 Tuftonboro Neck Road Road in Mirror Lake, New Hampshire, was arrested for driving under the influence of liquor, operating a vehicle while in possession of an open container of alcohol, and a marked lanes violation.
Police arrested Knapp after receiving a report that a 2007 Nissan had been driving erratically on High Street, and, after responding to the area, stopped the vhicle. Police then determined that Knapp was indeed under the influence of alcohol, and transported her to the Westwood Police Department.

Knapp's bail was set at $40, police said, which she was unable to make; she was later transported to Dedham District Court to respond to the charges.
