A Young Farmers Market, a Trade Fair and Recipes Galore

It's a week of giving thanks, celebrations and recipes in Westwood. Here's a look at what's coming this holiday week.

Check back Tuesday morning for a special photo gallery from Monday's annual farmers market, which is hosted each year by second graders at the . The market included harvest-style goods, such as apples, pumpkin seeds and muffins. 

Sixth graders at this week will resume their annual Neolithic Trade Fair, an event that takes place before Thanksgiving each year and coincides with the students' studies of the beginnings of civilization. Check back Wednesday for more on the program. 

Up through Thanksgiving, we'll provide you with a handful of recipes from local chefs, columnists and bloggers. Be sure to try them out for the holiday on Thursday. 

Kindergartners at will be holding a handful of Thanksgiving celebrations on Wednesday as they prepare for the big holiday. Be sure to check back for photos from the event. 

Also on Thursday we'll be bringing you coverage from the annual Thanksgiving Day football rivalry between Westwood and Holliston.

And to end the week, we'll give you some insight on where to shop on Black Friday in Westwood.
