Flow N' Food Workshop with Sara Grossi and Julie Starr-Wood

Yoga and Nutrition are the perfect union to get your body and mind to function at its optimal level, and is especially important to maintain during the upcoming holiday season. Nourish yourself with a 50-minute energizing vinyasa flow taught by Sara Grossi, followed by a group discussion on how to nourish yourself through the food you eat with nutritionist, Julie Starr-Wood.

Covering all this and more in this two-part workshop, you will leave with: your body feeling energized and rejuvenated, a basic understanding of nutrition, where to find the key nutrients you need in the food you eat, and tips on how to shift your diet to one that meets your unique health needs. Having fun, all while learning how to nourish yourself from the inside and out!
