The Westwood Families with Infants group offer babies –
birth to 16 months, their parents and siblings free monthly programing. Tuesday, February 11th, 10:30-11:30am, all
families with new babies are invited to join an informal conversation with Janet
Lucey, Westwood CFCE Coordinator, and parent volunteer Lauren Leonard about the
Ages and Stages developmental screening process. Janet will provide an
overview of the tool’s background, it’s many benefits, and explain how it can
be used as an effective teaching tool for parents. No registration
required. Eating, sleeping, and crying are all welcome in this warm and
welcoming environment!
Save the date for our next meeting on Tuesday, March 11th. Margaret Hannah of the Freedman Center for
Child and Family Development will be discussing sleep habits.
The event is co-sponsored by the Westwood Early Childhood
Council and Youth & Family Services and takes place at the Westwood Main
