Laughter Yoga Circle- "Open Your Heart with Laughter": Laughter Yoga is a body/mind practice for well-being that involves deep breathing and a few stretches, playful laughter exercises (no jokes or comedy), clapping and deep relaxation. Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers Bill and Linda Hamaker will teach you many laughter and breathing exercises that you can do at home. There are no fancy poses and you can sit or stand. A relaxation technique will be shown at the end to leave you feeling totally stress-free after this unique, uplifting experience. Please bring your water bottle. There are no fancy poses.
