4:45-6:00PM Rhythm and Flow w/ Hania Khuri-Trapper


Rhythm and Flow is a heated Vinyasa Power Yoga class set to music which includes sun salutations and creative sequencing to build strength, flexibility and inner-calm. Sweat and detox as you flow with steady and controlled breath – the soundtrack to your practice. The room is heated to a maximum of 90-95 degrees. During Savasana touches of aromatherapy may be used to deepen the relaxation.
