Westwood Moms Topic: Crosswalk Safety

Each week, members of our Moms Council of experts and smart moms take your questions, give advice and share solutions.

Moms, dads, grandparents and the diverse families who make up our community will have a new resource for questions about local neighborhood schools, the best pediatricians and the thousands of other issues that arise while raising children. 

This week, we're focusing on how to keep children keen on staying safe in the streets. Last week, Westwood officials and consultants of Beta Group, Inc. proposed a handful of for several neighborhoods near High Street in Westwood. 

The meeting came about a month after residents of those neighborhoods in the area. 

Considering traffic in town, we're wondering what kinds of traffic-safety tips parents in Westwood give their children, and what good-practices they might work on with their kids.
