Why Go: It's a chance to see Ellis Paul, arguably one of the leading voices of the American singer-songwriter world. He was a principle leader in the wave of singer-songwriters that emerged from the Boston folk scene, which helped revitalize the national acoustic circuit with an urban, literate, folk/pop style that helped renew interest in the genre in the 1990s. Local artist Flynn will open the event.

Why Go: Take some time to finish out the weekend with a musical performed by MagnificatBoston.

Where/When: 293 Moose Hill St, Sharon,; Daily, through Feb. 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Why Go: It's a great opportunity to submit your art to The Moose Hill Gallery, which is accepting submissions from artists interested in exhibiting their nature-based artwork on the concept, “Rhythm of Nature: Explosion of Rebirth.” Submissions will be accepted through Feb. 28.
Pricing: An entry fee of $15 for up to 5 images.
