This Week in News: July 12 - July 17

A look at the week ahead in Westwood news and events.

This week, Westwood Patch plans to cover and report on several happenings in town.

Tonight, , will be performing at the Senior Center in part two of the Westwood Summer Concert Series.

Tomorrow night, the Westwood Planning Board will be holding an open hearing to consider renovations to a local residential business on High Street.

On Wednesday, the Planning Board will be meeting in a brief open session with the Westwood Board of Selectmen to discuss with each other updates on Westwood Station. The meeting will be brief, according to the Town's Customer Service Representative, Christine Narciso, and will commence into executive session.

Later this week, the Westwood Fire Department will head over to the Deerfield School for the annual Fireman's Foam event, where kids can take some time to play around and meet the town's fire officials.
