Police Log: Assaults Reported at Westwood Lodge

Dec. 22, 1:32 p.m. - responded to Westwood Lodge for a report of a past assault that took place earlier in the week.

The incident involved two patients in the adult unit of the hospital, where a disagreement ensued relative to a work assignment, police said.

Dec. 23, 10: 08 a.m. - Police responded to a report of assault and battery at the hospital that took place on Dec. 17.

Police filed issued a criminal summons for patient for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a staff member.
