Officers Issue Criminal Summons, Investigate Stolen Bicycle

The Westwood Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests.

Tuesday, May 14

7:35 a.m.: A resident of Strasser Avenue came into the station to speak to police about children using airsoft guns in the air. Police responded and filed a report. 

3:11 p.m.: Officers received a request from a High Street resident who asked to speak to an Animal Control officer regarding the "72-hour rabies window."

Wednesday, May 15

6:31 a.m.: A motor vehicle stop on Highland Glen road resulted in the criminal summons to a 32-year-old Medford male for unregistered operation and unlicensed operation. 

8:23 p.m.: A resident of Hillview Road reported a bicycle had been stolen from his property. The bike was not secured and was stolen sometime the previous day. An investigation is currently in progress.
