Cloe: A Short-Haired Feline

Cloe is a 6-year-old kitty with short hair. She is all white with large black patches all over her. She was surrendered to the shelter in February of 2011 because of her owners declining health. She is very sweet and fun to be around.

When she first came to us, Cloe really did not like other cats and was quite nervous around them. Cloe would hiss and swat at them out of fear and lack of socialization with cats.

Today, she enjoys the company of other cats. She has her own “clique” with two shelter cats named Buddy and Shadow. They are like the three musketeers and are often having “playgroups” in the cat room over night and while the shelter is closed. Cloe and her friends love to sit on the window sill and watch the birds and squirrels.

Cloe would do well in a home with a mellow cat or a non dominant cat. She would make a great only pet as well. Cloe lived with dogs before in her previous home and did not seem to mind their company.

A home with older children or no children would be best as she is fearful when adjusting to new situations. Cloe is up to date on all her vaccines and is spayed. She will be micro-chipped before going to her forever home! Please call the shelter for more information or stop by and visit with her!
