Breaking and Entering on School Street

The Westwood Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests.

Monday, May 20

6:20 a.m.: A motor vehicle stop resulted in the criminal summons of a 28-year-old Franklin man who was cited with operating with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. 

6:23 p.m.: A resident of Crystal Hill Terrace called police reporting a phone scam in which someone called her saying a relative was in prison overseas and needed money wired to to be released.

Tuesday, May 21

2:10 a.m.: Officers observed a 37-year-old intoxicated male from Dedham and brought him to his residence.

9:50 a.m.: A resident of School Street entered the station to report his house was broken into. The point of entry was an unlocked bulkhead. Several pieces of flatware and personal papers of value were missing. Officers are analyzing forensic evidence.
