A Swearing in Ceremony, Legion Baseball, and a New Assistant Principal

A look at what's to come this week in Westwood news.

With school now out for the summer and June about to wrap-up, we're gearing into summer mode over here at Westwood Patch.

Here's a taste of what's on our radar this week:

  • Tonight, a small ceremony will be held to swear in newly-appointed members of boards and committees that will begin their terms on Friday, July 1.
  • Although summer is here, Westwood Officials said last week that the town will reimbursed for funds it spent as part of its . Stay with us for more information. 
  • It was announced last week that Dr. Leo Hogan has been appointed to serve as Westwood High School's interim assistant principal for the 2011-2012 school year. Hogan most recently served as the Assistant Principal at Needham High School from 1999-2010. Stay with us this week for the full scoop.
