5. Fall Leaf Cleanup: Leaves and grass clippings will be collected between Nov. 7 and Dec. 2. The collection falls on regular designated trash days and items should be placed in biodegradeable bags or barrels clearly marked "LEAVES" and at the curbside by 7 a.m. No plastic, sticks or brush will be accepted.
