5 Things You Need to Know Today: May 17

Some events out of Sharon and a popular new form of exercise sponsored by the Town.

 

Today's Weather: The past few rainy days are finally clearing up with a sunny forecast for today; highs near 71 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

1. For those of you interested in a popular new form of exercise sponsored through the Town, there will be on-going over at the 594 Pond Street gym at 7 p.m tonight.

2. There is a fundraiser for the Westwood Early Childhood Council taking place this Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m at Westwood High. The event is entitled: .

3. Anyone with a green thumb will want to check out coming up this Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Fisher School. There is also a plant sale along side the tour.

4. Another tour going on over the weekend for those interested in historical preservation, the beings Sunday, May 20 at 12 p.m.

  • 3:30 p.m. Boys and Girls Track @ Holliston High School
  • Boys and Girls Tennis scheduled for today at 3:45 p.m. has been postponed.

Xaverian Bros. High School

  • 3:00 p.m. Boys Rugby @ St. John's Prep
  • 4:00 p.m. Boys Tennis vs. BC High
  • 4:30 p.m. Boys Lacrosse vs. Duxbury
