Over 100 prospective home buyers toured the beautifully decorated model home during the Grand Opening of The Preserve at the Bay Club in Mattapoisett, MA on Saturday, May 3rd.

Built by Aerie Homes, the 36 single-family homes will offer 1,850 to 2,245 square feet of living space with open, functional floor-plans and luxury finishes. Buyers have the option of choosing one of three home styles: the Linden, the Hawthorn and the Sycamore to be developed on a lot within the neighborhood. All of the layouts feature a minimum of two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage, three or four bedrooms, and options for a first-floor master suite. The homes also feature an additional sunroom, bonus room and golf cart bay.

“We were thrilled with the turnout,” said Sharon Viens, Director of Sales, The Preserve at the Bay Club LLC. “The feedback we received during the open house was extremely positive and we’re excited that so many prospective buyers are interested in calling The Preserve home.”

Proximity to Boston and historic Mattapoisett’s hot spots—three public beaches, public boat slips, and plenty of shopping and dining—are The Preserve’s primary benefits. In addition to the prime location, the features of the Bay Club at Mattapoisett provide homeowners with a host of benefits that come with the prestige of living within a gated community situated on a golf course.
